Apply in minutes
Download the app, create your account, and submit your details.
•Have your documents ready before you start.
•You'll be asked to accept your courier agreement, app terms, and privacy notice as part of sign-up.

Prepare your documents
Upload your ID, right to work information, and vehicle documents in the app.
•British citizens: Use your British passport.
•Non-British citizens: Have your right to work share code ready.

Sort your insurance
You'll need Hire & Reward insurance to deliver with Relay.
•Already covered? Upload your insurance details.
•Need cover? Relay can help you get set up through our Aviva partnership (this will result in a daily deduction of £3.40 on days you deliver with us).
Step 04
Get approved
Once your checks are complete, you'll sign your contract, T&Cs, privacy notice, and we'll notify you when routes are available near you.
•Availability varies by area.
Step 05
Book a route in your area
Choose an available route near you, complete your deliveries, and access your earnings as soon as the next day.
•You'll see area, route duration, and pay before you accept.
